- Austin International is accredited by the Australian Quarantine and Inspection Service (AQIS) under a signed Compliance Agreement to assess certain quarantine risks associated with imported goods.
- All of our Licensed Customs Brokers are AQIS accredited and remain abreast of the key industry issues.
- AQIS re-assessment training is undertaken every two years.
- Detailed advice can be provided to clients on AQIS requirements in order to facilitate quarantine clearances and achieve compliance.
- We can organise and facilitate “tailgate” inspections and fumigation treatments where required by AQIS on importation.
- Austin International is experienced in dealing with the particular requirements of the Imported Food Program (IFP).
